back and forth and back and forth…
groundhog day has got nuffink on me is all im saying….
the school run is taking on a new dimension and becoming more like the school 'life run.' We have a delightful 'phase' in route for the reception class in our school. Which means that you visit the school often every day and field constant questions from your five year old 'why am i not staying in school all day?' 'why does Isaac get to stay all day and i dont?' 'why cant i stay for lunch today?' 'where do people sleep who have no upstairs?"….okay so that isnt anything to do with school but it is one of the many questions i get asked by my little girl……
but i have neglected my blog for the past couple of days. Hoping to grab a few milliseconds now before the world of unconscious and beautiful sleep calls me…
i constantly remind myself that this is such a short season of our lives. soon they won’t ask us a million questions. they’ll be quite content to figure things out on their own, and we’ll be writing blog posts about how our kids don’t talk to us anymore.
