I love the bleakness – the bare trees, I love how snow can turn scenes into such contrast of black & white. I love the perfect expanse of white before the complicated mix of greys/buildings/shrubs/trees. It’s a very evocative photograph. I almost expect a Victoria Lady clutching a prayer book to appear across the snow.
That’s beautiful! Looks like its slightly festered but really peaceful all at once.
