i have jumped on the bandwagon and am starting the picture a day thing. Inspired by my friend Melanie Grimes…i am going to try and attempt it. Im looking forward to it and have so far toted my camera around with me for a few days and snapped a couple of pics. Im trying to look for things that i dont ordinarily take pictures of …ie..my kids…and it also is going to give me the courage to take random pics out and about and learn to ignore the stares…so wanted to take a picture of the lollypop man the other morning walking back from school but chickened out at the last minute……

so anyway we have re-awakened our flickr account and i am rapidly filling up my storage quota!
and today i popped this one just before i crawled into bed after a night shift…
Tomorrow is a certain little girl's first birthday. I have my head stuck firmly in the sand and will be humming 'hey..you get offa my cloud' all day.
