Cupcakes and marshallows at John Lewis..

This was a very cool little idea we came across when visiting London with my Dad earlier in the year. We arrived just in time at the table which had been set up in John Lewis and  as fortune would have it there was hardly anyone there so the kids got stuck in and i thought it was a fabulous idea. It was all free and the kids loved it and i loved the cute cupcake styling that they had going on. So in essence it is a marshmallow bar cut into a shape with a cookie cutter and then decorated, put on a stick and wrapped as a lolly. Simple and straight forward to do but so easy to do. We are going to replicate it at home and i may just have to get some of those very cute gingerbread man bakers hats! Even my son wore one of those. You can find them here.

Hats off to John Lewis for providing a really simple, classy activity for the kids, they loved it!
